M.Theology

I started a Masters of Theology at Tung Ling. I am still wondering whether I have the time to complete it as running my businesses is a serious matter.

At first when I started my business I just had in mind running a small business but the Lord is suprising me every day. Every day I get home I am already tired and now the business is going regional plus China with our very own company I am flat out daily. But I am aure this course is the Lord's leading so I will make it through despite all the travel, entertainmnet, weekend talks and exhibitions and countless meetings.

A short read

Recently I went on invitation to a Roman Catholic mass, so I decided to read further on the difference between RC and the Protestants and found this book at Canaanland.

As an evangelical missionary in Italy for over thirty years, Thomas Heinze found that there are certain things that Roman Catholics would like to know about the faith of the Protestants and about the Bible. Moreover, they want clear, honest answers. The ecumenical movement in their own church has made it more important than ever for them to have this information.

Written lovingly to the Roman Catholics, this book uses Scriptures to explain major differences between Catholic and Protestant beliefs. So Catholics won't think this is Protestant theology from an "unapproved" Bible, Heinze uses their own New American Bible. The reader will come face to face with the fact that the Catholic church cannot save, only faith in Jesus can.

It contains such a loving, soul-winning message and invitation to trust in Christ alone, that it's a great book to give to Catholics. And it's inexpensive too!

Now you can point Catholics to Christ with answers to these questions:

Do you have the Mass like the Catholic Church?
Where do the differences between Catholics and Protestants come from?
What is the most important difference between Protestants and Catholics?
Why don't Protestants venerate images?
Why are Evangelical pastors permitted to marry?
Do you believe in Mary?
Is there a purgatory?
On whom is the Church founded?
To whom should we confess?

Know that you are not buried, but planted

I am planted in Your love O Lord
I am a seed of Christ
I am not buried in my past
Nor am I dead to my mess
For I am planted anew O Lord

I am planted O Lord
Nourished by Your grace
New blessings will spring forth
The old may have gone
But the new abounds

The dirt of life shall not paralyze me
For I am planted as Your seed O Lord
You will turn my mess into a message
You will make miracles out of my mistakes
All for Your glory O God!
Amen.
