I have this poster outside my office room. It is a constant reminder to put our trust in God, not man. Man can fail you, but not God.

Surely, the Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear (Psalms 27:1)?

There are people stupid enough to listen to those who slander me and the company but whom shall I fear? Man or God?

Those that slander usually do it out of desperation and not standing on solid ground. Those that are on solid ground rest firmly in the Lord. That is why there is no need for us to retaliate or defend.
